This agreement is a legal contract between you and BYG VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification of the App or associated trademarks, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation or derivative versions are prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees, and fee changes will be communicated to users. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality and should avoid jailbreaking or rooting devices where doing so weakens system security.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment such as Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data caps, poor signal or local network policies. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi environments, and roaming charges outside your country of origin are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their usage behavior. Service interruptions caused by depleted battery, device failures or third-party platform policy changes are not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate routing information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by such information. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within reasonable limits.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
